Eric Chen

Eric Chen brings over 15 years of experience leading development teams and building data-intensive SaaS applications in the life sciences and healthcare industries.

Most recently he was the Architect for CancerLinQ, the real-world data initiative of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO). At CancerLinQ he led the technical design and implementation of CancerLinQ’s data and application platforms which enabled the aggregation and analysis of large volumes of clinical data collected from healthcare IT systems across the US.

Prior to CancerLinQ, Eric was a member of the founding teams at Oration and Medrio - two healthcare SaaS companies where he was responsible for building the engineering teams and product. He has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
